Everyone has unique needs and skillsets when thinking about creating a website. The most simple advice is to try it out. IINSIte provides recommended content and tips on each template to make creating a website you’re proud of easier and more enjoyable.
How easy is it to get in touch with IINSite Support?
We’ve built our platform and supported resources to be easy to understand and available as possible! For any immediate questions, you can reference our Help Portal to review get-started guides and tutorials to help troubleshoot common questions about IINSite and its features. Our team is always available by email at help@liveeditplatform.com. Our Customer Success team far exceeds industry standards for response times, resolution times, and overall client satisfaction. Plus, we offer bi-monthly office hours (for all package holders), so you can get any of your questions answered live! Paid design or support appointments are also available as needed.
How long is the free trial?
30 days, and then your card will be billed once your trial ends.
Do I have to commit to a long-term contract?
Both the Brand Builder and Growth Essential plans are month-to-month. See the pricing section for more pricing information and to start the trial.
What if I want to cancel my account?
You can cancel anytime by following the steps in our Cancellation Policy and also included in the Help Portal to contact our support team to start the cancellation process. If you do not choose to move forward with IINSite after your free trial, make sure to cancel before the expiration of the 3-month trial period ends.
What if I already have an existing liveedit account and want to switch to IINSite?
Please contact help@liveeditplatform.com to start the process, and we can learn more about your needs and timeline. Currently, IINSite option is for new IIN students only, and IINSite new templates will be available later in 2022 for existing liveedit accounts.
What if I am already in a trial with liveedit and want to switch to IINSite?
You can switch to the new IINSite trial, but please contact help@liveeditplatform.com to start the new process, and we will take care of you.
Do I need a business logo before getting started?
No, but highly recommended. The IINSite platform does provide options to use unique font types or upload landscape-style business logos. If you want help designing a logo, liveedit has logo design services for purchase.
Do I need to purchase a URL before getting started?
When creating an account, we will provide a liveedit URL that allows you to customize your website before it goes live. Once you’re ready to publish your website, we encourage you to purchase your own customize domain as it helps build brand awareness and optimize your website’s Search-Engine-Optimization (SEO).
Where do I go to log in to IINSite?
To login, please navigate to your website’s Homepage and then add /login at the end of your URL in the address bar.
