I am a graduate of the Health Coach Training Program and Coaching Intensive Practicum and am now a proud National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I was able to use what I learned to build my own wellness coaching business and website, Rooted Health Coaching, LLC. I was able to start a wellness blog and am now hosting wellness expos! I highly recommend IIN; what they teach you is all applicable and relevant to what clients and employers are looking for in good coaches!

I started my journey in traditional medical education and learned so much about the body, but it was missing something. I graduated from Chopra Yoga, Ayurvedic Health, and Meditation Certifications, and now 10 years later, I have my own Integrative Medical Clinic in the U.S. and a Holistic Center in Mexico where I help lead the way for my students and patients to find the best version of themselves.

There was no question in my mind that I not only had to learn more [about wellness], but had to find a way to help others find that same sense of empowerment. Investing in IIN is what helped me make that dream a reality.

The Chopra Life Coaching Certification Program allowed me to prepare myself to further know who I am in order to be fully present to coach my clients. The program facilitated powerful lessons to truly learn to embrace clients as whole and complete.

The heart of my work is showing people they can feel better, heal themselves, and transform their daily life through mindfulness and meditation.

Self-actualization, manifesting my dreams, and helping others do the same in whatever way I can! Those are my main goals.
