What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?

I traveled a lot. Mentored teen girls. I always talked to people about their health and becoming healthier. I worked out about five days a week.

How did your life change after enrolling?

I learned so much more about health and eating than what I knew before. Now I can help even more people, and a wider range of people, with the knowledge I have.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?

I used to work as a physical education teacher in a high school. I am also a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, and dietitian. I have always known that is the path I want to be on, and after I relocated to New York, I pursued my passion for fitness, which is what led my vision to become reality.

How did your life change after enrolling?

Now I say: My goal is to help others get in shape, but not only physically, and pass on everything I have learned throughout the years. I am passionate about being a Health Coach because it goes beyond a physical well-being.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?

I was and still am a stay-at-home mom. I also was hosting Beachbody nutrition and fitness groups on Facebook to help other moms and friends lose weight, eat better, and start to move their bodies.

How did your life change after enrolling?

A feeling of, "I am exactly where I need to be!" I have been so much more curious about my own health – what I'm buying and feeding my family, being more present in my relationships, and slowing down to breathe.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?

Prior to IIN, I lived in Thailand, creating sponsorship programs for Muay Thai fighters. I also conducted wellness retreats for people interested in an introduction to health or a fun fitness holiday.

How did your life change after enrolling?

IIN really helped me take my coaching to the next level. It taught me that living my own life well is an inspiration to those around me. And that wellness is lived through personal interpretation.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?

Through my 17 years of practice as a doctor, I was taught to treat the disease, not the person. By shifting to a holistic approach, I've helped hundreds of women become the best version of themselves.

How did your life change after enrolling?

I learned how to be less strict on myself and trust my intuition while considering all aspects of wellness – career, exercise, spirituality, and relationships – as part of building good health.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?

Over these past few years, my passion for health/nutrition/wellness continued to grow, and I decided it was time to take a deeper dive and find a way to share all that I have learned with others.

How did your life change after enrolling?

My life changed in a huge way because, for the first time in many years, I did something for me. It feels great to work toward a goal of mine and be supported by my family as I progress.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?

Prior to IIN, I was an at-home mom to a 17- and 20-year-old. After majoring in psych with nutrition in college, I spent time working with cancer patients, at an assisted living facility, and PTA responsibilities.

How did your life change after enrolling?

IIN provided the tools to be an exceptional coach and helpful resource. I see everyone as unique, and bio-individuality tools allow me to coach with true empathy and kindness.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?

I was working as an IT project manager.

How did your life change after enrolling?

It resonated with me, because was already on path of self-discovery. I believe looking after mind, body and spirit is all important. IIN was a confirmation that it’s not just about the food and that I am on the right path.
