What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
I had just resigned from my corporate job of 17 years and was trying to figure out what I could do that tied together my love of health and wellness, personal growth, and impacting people’s lives.
How did your life change after enrolling?
I gained a lot of confidence to apply my health coaching skills, and I felt connected to a wonderful community of like-minded people through the IIN student Facebook group.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
I’ve been a public school educator for 27 years, and I am starting my twentieth year as a school principal. I love working with teachers and students to help them set goals and support them so that they may be successful. I am married to a wonderful man, and we have two healthy children.
I am Reiki certified and have taken courses at the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy and received training at the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence.
But I still had a longing to do more. I wanted to combine my love of cooking, teaching, and health. I enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to pursue new learning and begin to transition to a new career. Helping women create healthier, happier lives.
How did your life change after enrolling?
My life totally changed. After suffering for years with migraines, inflammation, poor sleep, joint pain, and stress, I was able to transform my entire diet and lifestyle to become well. My sleep has improved, my joints no longer ache, I have not had a migraine headache, and I am practicing self-care and making my health and wellness a priority. I am living proof that the integrative nutrition approach works, and it is all bio-individually based. I love this program, and it shows in every aspect of my life.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
Originally an industrial engineer, I worked for seven years in a company. After a while, I realized that this was not what makes me happy, so I quit my job and became a yoga teacher. Since then, I have been working on myself physically, mentally, and spiritually in order to progress as a person and develop myself. I also believe in the power of energy as a healing approach, and I practice Reiki as a part of my daily life. During this journey, I became very passionate about eating healthy, wellness, mindfulness, and spirituality, so I decided to share my journey with other people in the hope that I can reach out to someone and initiate a positive change in their life.
How did your life change after enrolling?
IIN taught me that health goes beyond food; I realized that primary food does play a major role. It was a great experience being able to learn from so many amazing mentors who are leaders in their fields. I learned the value of bio-individuality and primary food. I was very passionate about eating healthy, wellness, and mindfulness, but IIN transformed my mind-set about holistic health, spirituality, joy, self-care, and so much more. IIN also encouraged me to follow my heart and walk in the path to my dreams. Being part of a huge wellness community, I can say that it was an amazing and life-changing year for me!

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
I was a caregiver for elderly homebound patients and the owner of Total Wellness with Toni, which only focused on weight loss.
How did your life change after enrolling?
My own health improved, and I am now prescription-free. The lives of my clients improved and their A1C decreased. I have tools to help others overcome sugar addiction and learn easy-to-apply methods for getting healthy. I made new, like-minded friends from all over the world, and we still connect weekly via social media!

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
Prior to enrolling at IIN, I was working as a freelance journalist, writer, and screenwriter. Since graduation, I have been working as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach; although I still do a bit of journalism and writing part-time/freelance.
How did your life change after enrolling?
My life changed in so many ways.
First of all, I truly understood how my values and talents could really be put into work as a Health Coach. I was sure I was doing the right thing when I first enrolled at IIN, but as soon as the classes began, I was even more certain of what I was about to embrace.
I also started a new business and got my first clients less than a week after I went public with my new project. I mean, I really couldn’t be happier with all the changes IIN brought into my life.
