What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
I’m a professional basketball player and HR consultant, and I work a lot to help empower women all over Syria to be the best they can be and learn how to stand up for themselves. I also work with children who have disabilities.
How did your life change after enrolling?
My life has changed as it helps me continue to do important work as well as add services to further help people:
-Work with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) for women’s mental health and how to stand up for their rights
-Work as a basketball coach for kids with disabilities
-Work as an earthquake volunteer
-Offer coaching sessions for ladies in the community with the help of an academy
-Offer free stretching sessions for older people
-Help collect money for kids who need surgery and arrange therapy for kids after war
-Opening a small charity group for orphans and a gym for older people with my family
I always loved helping people and wanted to study nutrition, but IIN gave me great ideas and thoughts on how to fully help people in every aspect of life. Thanks a lot, IIN. I truly am very thankful.
