In 2017, I began my spiritual journey shortly after becoming a Reiki practitioner. I became fascinated by all things that pertained to the metaphysical and quantum world. I spent a lot of time doing inner work and sharing my self-discoveries on social media.
IIN has added so much value and growth to my journey. I have learned so much about myself and Integrative Nutrition, which has strongly influenced how I want to show up for my family, my friends, and my passions. This course is what has inspired me to create heart-centered living.
