What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?

I cofounded Sanctuary Healing Spa in 2011; I owned and operated it until 2020, which included servicing clients as their massage therapist. I left in 2020 to pursue health nutrition coaching.

How did your life change after enrolling?

IIN helped me realize the importance of credibility versus credentials. I felt more confident and ready to own my identity and purpose as an INHC, which has added clarity around my niche. The core principles and integrative holistic approach were amazing. The lectures were so profound and helped change students’ lives, regardless of whether they chose to coach.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?

I was working as an administrative manager at a freight forwarding company (logistics).

How did your life change after enrolling?

I’ve found my true purpose in this life. Before enrollment, I was lost; I wasn’t sure who I was or who I wanted to be. I’ve never felt so happy and secure in my purpose as I am today.
