Meet IIN’s 2024 IINovator of the Year Award Winners

At IIN’s virtual summit, Wellbeing 2024: Charting Your Path to Enhanced Health and Vitality, we took  the opportunity to honor some of our extraordinary alumni who have made remarkable contributions to the world of health, wellness, and empowerment.  

This year’s recipients, ranging from health advocates to entrepreneurs, exemplify the powerful impact that holistic health and well-being have on individual lives and communities. Their work, passion, and dedication not only inspire personal transformation but also shape the future of global wellness. 

Without further ado, meet this year’s award winners!  

The 2024 IINovator of the Year Award Winners 

 

Tamsen Fadal 

Emmy Award-winning journalist, author, and menopause advocate Tamsen Fadal has been selected for her dedication to empowering women through midlife and menopause. Her documentary, The M Factor, and upcoming book, How to Menopause, focus on breaking the silence around menopause and helping women thrive beyond 50. Tamsen's health coaching and charitable efforts further solidify her role as a changemaker in women's health.

Sah D'Simone

Sah D’Simone is a Brazilian-born spiritual teacher and the creator of the Somatic Activated Healing (SAH) Method. He has been selected for his transformative work in embodied spirituality and trauma-informed practices, empowering individuals through art and somatic dance. He is also recognized for his grassroots humanitarian efforts and spiritual leadership, engaging with companies such as Safe Place for Youth and the Bali Orphan Centre.

"What I love most about my work is that the more I transform my internal world, the more I can help others. And the more I help others, the more I can transform my inner world. It’s such a beautiful, sustainable cycle!"

 

 

 

 

 

Victoria Repa 

As the co-founder and CEO of BetterMe, Victoria Repa is an IIN Certified Health Coach, Harvard guest speaker, and a Forbes 30 Under 30 recipient who leads a company geared towards transforming the health and fitness landscape. With over 50 million app installs and her ongoing humanitarian work in support of Ukraine, Victoria has been selected for her dedication to creating an inclusive, healthier world and her significant contributions to mental health support. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Beyar Sisters 

Alaina, Carly, and Jessica Beyar are three sisters with a shared enthusiasm for health coaching and empowering women by advocating for menstrual health. Through their "Power of Periodization" course, they educate women about hormonal health and help others navigate post-birth control challenges with holistic healing. They have been selected for their work empowering women to transform their menstrual health, fertility, and mindset through authentic, candid conversations.

"We hope to empower women to trust their instincts and embrace motherhood with confidence. Together, we aim to create a path where mothers can thrive, not just survive."

 

 

 

 

Bobbi Brown 

Renowned for revolutionizing the beauty industry, Bobbi Brown is one of the keynote speakers of the 2024 Wellbeing Summit. As an IIN Certified Health Coach and the founder of the wellness-based beauty company Jones Road, she has been selected for revolutionizing the beauty industry and empowering women through her work as a makeup artist, entrepreneur, and advocate for wellness and female empowerment. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tatiana Suarez 

Tatiana Suarez is committed to helping women create sustainable, healthy lifestyles. Her workshops and courses on nutrition and self-care empower women to nurture their bodies holistically, making her a leading voice in hormonal health education. She has been selected for her dedication to supporting women's hormonal health and well-being through conscious eating and education, and her impactful workshops on nutrition, healthy cooking, and self-care. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Lauren Bongiorno 

Risely Health founder Lauren Bongiorno saw a need and transformed diabetes care with her developed holistic approach. After graduating from IIN’s Health Coach Training Program, she created personalized coaching programs that have empowered thousands. She has been selected for her incredible work with individuals and families impacted by type 1 diabetes, as well as her leadership and innovative approach to diabetes management. 

"My core belief is that diabetes is more than a math problem to be solved —it's an experience to be managed." 

 

 





















David Jaques, PhD, BCBA 

With 40 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, David Jaques is a leader in transformational leadership and behavioral consultation. His work focuses on uplifting marginalized voices and creating positive organizational change, making him a champion of diversity and inclusion. 

 
"I know the ripple effect is often talked about at IIN, and we see ourselves as part of that, because there's not a whole lot of people in our space that are talking a lot about wellness, health coaching, and quality of life.”
 

 

 

 

 

Bianca Koyabe

An international model and wellness advocate, Bianca Koyabe’s Rose Health Method integrates health coaching, energy healing, and meditation. She inspires others through her dedication to conscious living, and her mission to help women overcome limiting beliefs and step into their power.

“Doing what sets your soul on fire is really important, and you can help a lot of people along the way. All the decisions I've ever made are from what my soul is telling me to do."

Carla Contreras
