IIN Grad Success Story

Written by Integrative Nutrition | Jun 8, 2024 11:43:37 AM

Our graduates are at the forefront of the wellness revolution everywhere. In today’s post, I’m so proud to introduce you to two very successful graduates from New Jersey.

Debbie Peterson and Wendy Bright-Fallon both trained at Integrative Nutrition in 2007 and have been practicing Health Coaches for nine years!  Their newest joint venture, Nourish Coaches, is really impressive and offers a variety of coaching options: one-on-one, group, couples, and mother-daughter sessions for food and nutrition.

Driven by their passion to make it easy for people to enjoy real food, they released Nourish: A Community Supported Cookbook as an ebook in 2012 and went to print in 2013. And they’re not done publishing – their next cookbook comes out in January 2016! Debbie’s motto and mission is “to prove you don’t have to be complicated to be healthy.” Which is something that completely aligns with our values at IIN.

The key to their success is that both coaches walk the talk and practice bio-individuality. Wendy said, “We are both big advocates of exploring your own personal journey, and figuring out what works for you, instead of having media, or a book telling you what to eat or what’s right for you.” < - - love that!

Their hard work is paying off.  The media recently covered them, and anyone can access their workshops on health and nutrition or listen to their podcast, Nourish Noshes, on iTunes.

IIN grads are really changing the world. They use their education and business training to go in an infinite number of directions – from starting a natural foods company like Purely Elizabeth to writing a bestseller like Sarah Wilson!
