What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
I have always been amazed by the miracle-working machine we have, AKA our body, and wanted to know more about it, but medicine wasn’t my calling. Therefore, I studied nutrition in Mexico City for four years and had my private practice afterward. I got the opportunity to experience the nutrition field and loved it!
I became a mother of two beautiful girls and decided to be a full-time mom. Being a mom has been a never-ending experience of self-growth, love, and challenge, which I am grateful for.
How did your life change after enrolling?
Making the decision to enroll at IIN was a statement I made to myself of always trusting my inner voice, following my heart and dreams, and feeling worthy. So every time I doubt, I go back to that feeling and embrace it. So for me it was and still is LIFE-CHANGING.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
I’ve always been an extrovert participating in PTA events and neighborhood activities. Cooking at home has been a priority, and as I became aware of the misinformed choices in children’s diet and lunches most people have, I started looking for healthier options. I’ve never been good with diets; however I love healthy food and firmly believe in healthy habits as a better and more achievable goal.
How did your life change after enrolling?
I became aware of the importance of primary food. As a mom and wife, I tend to put myself last, and the result is fatal. I’m the CEO here, and if I’m not well, everything falls apart. I’ve started to have “me time,” and it improves my relationship with everyone and everything, including food. I don’t feel left out, and my security and happiness grow.
I’ve also tried different food options, like meatless foods, smoothies, and supplements, and realized they do work for me.
I created social media accounts and realized people enjoy cooking with me as well as other classes I’ve posted.

What were you doing prior to enrolling at Integrative Nutrition?
My first profession was architecture; I really loved it, but I always felt that I was missing something, and this something was to find the purpose of my life.
Before starting at IIN, I had created a cooking and nutrition school with my husband. We started by teaching children to eat in a fun, delicious, and healthy way. Over time, we extended the scope of our work to adults as well.
Today, we direct all our influence to entire families who want to find their own completely healthy lifestyle.
How did your life change after enrolling?
When we want to transform the world, as I have always dreamed, it is necessary to start with oneself. This year has been a huge blessing that I summarize in one word: transformation.
Transformation of my way of thinking, the way I saw myself. This has been one year to fight against my giants, identify them, and find freedom. A year to expand my knowledge with firsthand scientific bases in terms of nutrition, habits, business strategies, etc.
