Joshua Rosenthal Featured in Prevention Australia!

The health-conscious community in Australia continues to embrace IIN's philosophy and celebrate the health revolution! In the June issue of Prevention Australia, their feature article "The Simplicity Movement" highlights the vision and work of Integrative Nutrition founder Joshua Rosenthal. The piece focuses on a move away from fad diets and food trends, and toward a focus on listening to our bodies and paying attention to what they need, as well as recognizing the concept of bio-individuality. As Joshua says in the article, “bio-individuality means there’s no one-size-fits-all diet: one person’s food is another person’s poison.”
