Integrative Nutrition Reviews: Book Reviews from Grads
Joshua Rosenthal’s book, Integrative Nutrition: Feed Your Hunger for Health & Happiness, continues to get love in the press! Last week, we announced that it had won an Independent Publisher Book Award in the Health/Medicine/Nutrition category, and today, we’re thrilled to showcase some reviews around the web from IIN graduates!
Holli Thompson, who patented the theory of finding your unique nutritional style to achieve optimal wellness, calls the book a “must read if you get that there’s a connection between what you eat on a daily basis and your energy, looks, weight, and overall happiness.” She touches on how the content of the book ties into the curriculum of IIN, but is truly a “enjoyable and fascinating” for not only Health Coaches but also nutrition novices, medical doctors, and everyone in between.
Angelle Batten, a Michigan Health Coach who focuses on healthy eating for entire families, especially establishing healthy habits for kids, had similarly glowing things to say. She calls Integrative Nutrition “the perfect book for both the lay person interested in living their healthiest life and the health care practicioner who wants to help clients do just that.”
Marissa Vicario, an NYC nutrition expert and Health Coach sums up her feelings about the book by saying, “this book has been like my nutrition bible for everything healthy and balanced.” She goes on to say that “the information is fresh, interesting, and applicable to daily life and the recipes are simple and delicious.”
These words of praise from such successful and thriving IIN grads is extraordinarily meaningful, and we’re excited to hear what more of you think when you read the book yourself. Download a free excerpt today!
