For 2009 IIN graduate Robyn Youkilis, super busy days are the norm. Splitting her time between running her New York City-based nutrition and coaching practice, filming her new talk show on Veria Living, and cultivating her own healthy life, she’s on the go from morning to night. She’s also never been happier.
From her special Health Coaching chair to her nutritious breakfasts and collaborations with other IIN alums, Robyn’s passion for health and wellness drives every aspect of her days. She credits her education at IIN with providing her with the knowledge, confidence, and resources to build her life today, and allow her to reach a place where every day she feels “joy—pure joy.”
