My favorite breakfast is quick, easy and delicious and packed with superfoods that balance blood sugar, promote weight loss, and keep me going all the way through to lunch. If I start the day like this, my eating is balanced and under control all day. It gets my metabolism going and shuts off all cravings!
Whole Food Protein Shake

1. Combine all of the ingredients in an electric blender.
2. Blend on high speed until smooth (about 2 minutes). If the shake is too thick, add more water until you reach a thick but drinkable consistency. Serve chilled.
