About IIN’s Founder
Joshua Rosenthal is a pioneer and visionary in the holistic health and wellness field, creating the concept of health coaching. Long before the benefits of proper nutrition and lifestyle were mainstream, Joshua’s fascination with personal growth and development led him to make simple changes to his own life, and realized that food changes everything. He harnessed this passion for health and wellness, masters of science in education, and specialization in counseling to create what we know as IIN today.

Strive to create balance in all areas of life
Health isn’t achieved with the food we put on our plates alone. We must tend to all the other areas of our lives that also provide us nourishment, such as our relationships, career, environment, and spiritual practice, keeping the Circle of Life in balance.IIN Advisory Board
